หากบริษัทฯ ตรวจสอบพบว่าตราประทับที่จอดรถประเภทต่างๆ ได้ถูกพนักงานนำไปใช้เพื่อเป็นการส่วนตัวหรือโดยผิดวัตถุประสงค์ หรือหากตรวจสอบพบว่า มีการปลอมแปลงตราประทับที่จอดรถยนต์ เพื่อใช้ส่วนตัวหรือเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงค่าบริการที่จอดรถ ฝ่ายอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะรายงานหัวหน้าฝ่ายของท่านให้ได้รับทราบโดยทันทีและจะถือเป็นการผิดระเบียบวินัยของบริษัทฯ
