ในฐานะที่ฉันเป็นเป็นประชาชนคนไทยที่มีความเมตตาและไม่อยากเห็นสัตว์ถูกทารุณกรรมถึงแม้ช้างจะเป็นสัตว์ใหญ่แต่ช้างก็มีหัวใจที่เล็กและรู้สึกถึงความเจ็บปวดได้เหมือนกับมนุษย์เรา เพราะฉะนั้นดิฉันขอเสนอให้มีการจัดทำโครงการเกี่ยวกับช้าง เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์ช้างไทยให้คงอยู่สืบไปและเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ให้กับเยาวชนเพื่อให้เยาวชนตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของช้างที่อยู่คู่บ้านคู่เมืองมาช้านาน และขอเสนอให้มีกฎหมายในการคุ้มครองช้างอย่างเข้มงวด จับหรือลงโทษกับเจ้าของช้างที่นำช้างมาเร่ร่อนและใช้งานช้างอย่าทารุณกรรม ขอให้ทุกฝ่ายร่วมมือกันเป็นกระบอกเสียงให้กับสัตว์ที่น่าสงสารที่ไม่สามารถออกมาร้องของชีวิตหรือความยุติธรรมได้
