๑. ตรง ต่อบุคคล

คือ มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตน โดยไม่เลือกชั้นวรรณะ ไม่เนรคุณผู้มีพระคุณ และไม่เป็นคนหน้าไหว้หลังหลอก

๒. ตรงต่อเวลา

คือ จะนัดหมายกับใคร หรือจะทำงานสิ่งใดก็ให้ตรงเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ และไม่เอาเวลาราชการไปเป็นประโยชน์ส่วนตน

๓. ตรงต่อวาจา

คือ เมื่อได้รับปากกับใครว่าจะทำสิ่งที่ดีและสุจริต จะไม่ทำสิ่งที่ไม่ดีและทุจริต ก็ให้กระทำตามที่ได้ลั่นวาจาไว้

๔. ตรงต่อหน้าที่

คือ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริตและจริงใจต่อหน้าที่การงานของตน ไม่ฉ้อราษฎร์บังหลวง ไม่ละทิ้งหน้าที่และปัดความรับผิดชอบ

๕. ตรงต่อธรรมะ

คือ การยึดมั่นในหลักคุณธรรม และบูชาความถูกต้อง ความยุติธรรม ความชอบธรรมไว้เหนือสิ่งอื่นใด

๖. ตรงต่อตนเอง

คือ การไม่โกหกตนเอง ซื่อสัตย์สุจริตต่ออุดมการณ์ของตน ไม่ฝืนใจทำในสิ่งที่ไม่ใช่ปณิธานของตนเอง
