บริษัทฯ จะจัดให้มีสวัสดิการตรวจสุขภาพพนักงานประจำปี ตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองแรงงานปี 2541 หมวดที่ 8
เรื่องความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน มาตรา 107 ให้นายจ้างจัดให้มีการตรวจสุขภาพของลูกจ้าง และส่งผลการตรวจดังกล่าวแก่พนักงานตรวจแรงงาน ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง และตามกฎกระทรวง เรื่อง กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการตรวจสุขภาพของลูกจ้าง และส่งผลการตรวจแก่พนักงานตรวจแรงงาน
พ.ศ.2547 โดยการตรวจสุขภาพนั้นแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ
ส่วนที่ 1 : การตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี (Annual Health Check up)
หมายถึง การตรวจสุขภาพพนักงานอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้งซึ่งพนักงานทุกคนมีหน้าที่เข้ารับการตรวจตามโปรแกรมที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้
ส่วนที่2: พนักงานตรวจตามความเสี่ยงและลักษณะของการทำงานตามการประเมินปัจจัยเสี่ยงโดยแพทย์
ที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมด้านอาชีวเวชศาสตร์
หมายถึง การตรวจสุขภาพพนักงานตามการประเมินปัจจัยเสี่ยง โดยแพทย์อาชีวเวชศาสตร์ โดยฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลจะส่งรายชื่อ, ประเภทการตรวจ ซึ่งแบ่งตาม “งานตามปัจจัยเสี่ยง” โดยยึด
แนวทางการกำหนดประเภทการตรวจของแพทย์อาชีวเวชศาสตร์ และตามที่มีการพิจารณาร่วมกัน โดยให้ผู้จัดการฝ่าย, หัวหน้าแผนก และหน่วยงานต่างๆเป็นผู้ตรวจยืนยันรายชื่อพนักงานและรายการตรวจของหน่วยงานนั้นๆ อีกครั้ง แล้วส่งข้อมูลกลับมายังฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลรวบรวมเพื่อทำขออนุมัติการตรวจสุขภาพ
