ในขณะทำสัญญานี้ ผู้ขายได้นำหลักประกันเป็น หนังสือค้ำประกันของธนาคาร ………………..เป็นจำนวนเงิน…………บาท (……………………………) ซึ่งเท่ากับร้อยละ 5 (5 %) ของราคาทั้งหมด ตามสัญญามามอบให้แก่ผู้ซื้อเพื่อเป็นหลักการปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้
หลักประกัน ที่ผู้ขายนำมามอบไว้ตามวรรคหนึ่งผู้ซื้อจะคืนให้เมื่อผู้ขายพ้นจากข้อผูกพัน
