จากผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สามารถสรุปได้ว่า ความสามารถของผู้ประกอบการด้าน RPO ในการบริหารจัดการแรงงานวิชาชีพ 8 สาขาอาชีพ พบว่า ปัจจัยหลักในทุก ๆ ด้าน ซึ่งได้แก่ การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, กลยุทธ์การแข่งขัน, การวางแผนทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และช่องทางการสื่อสารกับผู้สมัครนั้น โดยตัวแปรดังกล่าวผู้วิจัยได้นำมาสร้างเป็นรูปแบบของความสามารถของผู้ประกอบการด้าน RPO ในการบริหารจัดการแรงงานใน 8 สาขาอาชีพ เพื่อเข้าสู่ตลาดประชาคมอาเซียน ได้มีความสำคัญที่จะทำให้ผู้ประกอบการนั้นสามารถบริหารงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โดยตัวแปรแต่ละตัวที่ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาและค้นพบนั้นเป็นตัวแปรที่มีความทันสมัยทันต่อเหตุการณ์ และสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ในยุคปัจจุบัน อีกทั้งยังได้พบว่าปัจจัยทุกๆ ตัวนั้นเป็นปัจจัยที่ผู้ประกอบการด้าน RPO ส่วนใหญ่ได้ให้ความสำคัญ มีการมุ่งเน้น และยังสามารถนำไปใช้ในการบริหารในองค์กรในยุคปัจจุบันได้จริง โดยมีผลลัพธ์ที่ผู้ประกอบการจะได้รับจากการบริหารจัดการแรงงานวิชาชีพ 8 สาขาอาชีพ ตามที่ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ออกมา ซึ่งได้แก่ ส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาดที่เพิ่มขึ้น, มีรายได้ทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว, ผู้สมัครและลูกค้าผู้ใช้บริการมีความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กร, ผู้สมัครมีประสิทธิภาพมีความเชี่ยวชาญ/ประสบการณ์สูงหรือมีผู้สมัครที่เป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลด้านแรงงานอาชีพใน 8 สาขาอาชีพอย่างเพียงพอต่อความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน, สามารถสร้างแบรนดและภาพลักษณ์ให้กับองค์กรได้
