แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน (Portfolio) นี้ ข้าพเจ้าจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนนำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประวัติส่วนตัว ความรู้ ความสามารถ ทักษะ ตลอดจนพัฒนาการทางด้านต่างๆของข้าพเจ้า โดยแฟ้มสะสมผลงานนี้ประกอบไปด้วยเอกสารเกี่ยวกับประวัติส่วนตัว ประวัติทางด้านการศึกษา
