กองทุนคุ้มครองธุรกิจนำเที่ยว

(๒) เงินค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและค่าธรรมเนียมอื่นที่เรียกเก็บตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
(๓) หลักประกันที่ตกเป็นของกองทุนตามมาตรา ๓๙ วรรคสาม
(๔) เงินที่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวจ่ายชดใช้คืนกองทุนและเงินที่นายทะเบียนหักจากหลักประกันส่งคืนกองทุนตามมาตรา ๔๑ วรรคสาม และเงินเพิ่มตามมาตรา ๓๕ วรรคสองและมาตรา ๔๒ วรรคสอง(๕) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้บริจาคหรืออุทิศให้
