กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 30 คน จากการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยการแจกแจงแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละและค่าเฉลี่ย
ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่านักเรียนโรงเรียนสมุทรปราการให้ความร่วมมือในการให้ข้อมูลและมีความสนใจในการบริโภคอาหารจำพวกผักอยู่ในระดับมากอยู่ในระดับมาก
