This research aims to build and quality of diagnostic tests, and to find the causes of impaired learning about biology, genes and chromosomes. Second grade five samples used in this study were students at the fifth semester of the second year, in 2558 the schools under the Office of School District 21 of the 678 who were randomly multistage. The tools used in this research include tests to assess learning disabilities genes and chromosomes. Grade 5 class at number 50 on the statistics used were percentage, average, and standard deviation. The statistics used to determine the quality of the tests include the content validity index is consistent with the values of Robert William and Mary Nelson Ham Belton.
