จากเงื่อนไข Pre-existing Condition : ในระยะเวลา 2 ปี หลังจากวันที่ความคุ้มครองเริ่มมีผลบังคับเป็นครั้งแรก หากลูกค้าต้องเข้ารับการรักษาเนื่องจากโรคเรื้อรัง หรือ โรคร้ายแรง (บางโรค) บริษัทฯจะตรวจสอบประวัติย้อนหลัง 5 ปี ก่อนวันที่ความคุ้มครองเริ่มมีผลบังคับ

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:

Pre-existing Condition: a condition from a two year period after the date of the start of coverage is in effect for the first time. If customers require treatment because of chronic or serious diseases (disease), we will examine the history of 5 years before the date coverage began to have effect.

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 2:

Conditions Pre-existing Condition: within 2 years after the date coverage is effective for the first time. If customers need to be treated as a chronic or serious illnesses (some of) the company will examine records dating back five years before coverage is effective.

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 3:

From the condition Pre-existing Condition: within 2 years. The day after the coverage took effect for the first time. If the customer need treatment due to chronic diseases or serious diseases (disease) the company will check the background 5 years. The day before the coverage took effect.
