โครงการนี้พัฒนาขึ้นให้กับนักเรียนสายสามัญและวิชาชีพที่มีปัญหากับการเรียนในวิชาเคมีเนื่องจากการเรียนในห้องเรียนมีเวลาเรียนน้อยทำให้นักเรียนมีความรู้ไม่ครอบคลุมในบทเรียนเกี่ยวกับตารางธาตุซึ่งผู้พัฒนาเล็งเห็นความสำคัญเนื่องจากเทคนิคและเทคโนโลยีในปัจจุบันได้พัฒนาไปมาก การเรียนรู้ไม่ได้มีแค่ในห้องเรียนอีกต่อไปเราสามารถเรียนรู้ได้จากสื่อการสอนและแอพพลิเคชั่นต่างๆ จึงทำให้ผู้พัฒนาคาดว่าการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับตารางธาตุในปัจจุบันนั้นสามารถพัฒนาให้มีประสิทธิภามากกว่าในอดีต ทำให้เกิดแนวคิดที่จะทำแอพพลิเคชั่นโดยนำความรู้และวิทยาการที่มี ณ ปัจจุบัน มาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น โดยการนำตารางธาตุมาไว้บนแอพพลิเคชั่นจะทำให้ผู้เรียนนั้นเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ง่ายและสะดวกต่อการใช้เพียงแค่มี Smart Phone หรือ Touch pad ซึ่งแอพพลิเคชั่นนี้จะจัดหมวดหมูธาตุไว้ตามสีต่างๆทำให้เห็นอย่างชัดเจนและจดจำได้ง่ายและการเลือกเข้าไปดูธาตุแต่ละธาตุได้มีข้อมูลมาแสดงเช่น เลขอะตอม หมู่ คาบ สถานะ และมีฟังก์ชันผสมธาตุ
