คำกล่าวเปิดงานเข้าสู่อาเซียน 21-22 มีนาคม 2556

กระผมรู้สึกยินดีและเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้มาร่วมในพิธีเปิดในงานการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่อาเซียน ครั้งที่ 1 ในหัวข้อ we are ready to asean 2015
ในปี พ.ศ. 2558 ประเทศไทยจะก้าวเข้าสู่อาเซียน ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในหลายๆด้าน ทั้งสังคม เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง การเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้ ล้วนส่งผลกระทบ โดยตรงต่อการดำรงชีวิตของคนในสังคมไทย ด้วยกันทั้งสิ้น การตระหนักถึงความพร้อมของกำลังคน ในการเป็นทรัพยากรแรงงานอันสำคัญที่จะสะท้อนบทบาทของประเทศไทย จึงเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงได้
การจัดการศึกษานับว่ามีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง ต้องให้ความรู้กับนักเรียนนักศึกษาทุกระดับซึ่งเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมในทุกๆด้าน เพื่อรองรับต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ตัวอย่างเช่นโรงเรียนหนองบัวคุรุประชาสรรค์ได้จัดกิจกรรมขึ้นในวันนี้ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความตระหนักร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันทั้งครู นักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง จะได้พัฒนาก้าวทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในระยะเวลาอันใกล้นี้ ผมในฐานะประธานในพิธีในงานวันนี้ ขอแสดงความชื่นชมยินดีกับคณะผู้จัดงานด้วยความจริงใจ แม้จะเป็นเรื่องใหม่ที่พวกเราไม่คุ้นเคยแต่ดูแล้วพวกเรามีความพร้อมเป็นอย่างมาก และพยายามหาหนทางในการเตรียมคนก่อนก้าวเข้าสู่อาเซียนในอีก 2 ปีข้างหน้านี้ ผมหวังอย่างยิ่งว่างานในวันนี้จะสำเร็จไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยตามวัตถุประสงค์ทุกประการ
