This project aims to create a design generator with saturated steam at low speed, To study the variables that affect electricity generation with saturated steam at low speed, and to analyze the suitability in economics from steam turbine electricity generation with saturated lower speed. 130 mm high pressure turbine blade is equal to 3 mm, the width of each block of the turbine is equal to 3.5 mm shaft size shaft with the diameter equal to 10 mm, made of aluminum exterior structure of steam turbine diameter equals 191 mm fibre insulated heating well. Thickness is equal to 10.5 mm experiment is divided into 2 cases 1 case is the control pressure of the saturated steam into electricity turbines and 2 speed control in case of steam turbine from the experimental results showed that pressure 1.4, 1.9 and 2.4 bar generator with power and speed, which have very similar values. Where there are 1.4 pressure bar no-load speed RPM power production and 115.8 maximum pressure 0.951 1.9 W bar, speed around 116.7 RPM and produces a maximum of 0.975 W power, pressure bar 2.4 speed around 118 RPM and produces a maximum power W from 1.029 result can find the maximum value of the system's total performance equal to 18.40% and the payback period is equal to 62.95 year
