4. เพื่อที่จะนำความรู้ที่ได้รับมาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน
5. เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและเตรียมความพร้อมในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนในระดับโรงเรียนให้ได้มาตรฐานระดับประเทศ
