บทคัดย่อ–การทราบถึงโครงสร้างของอะตอ

บทคัดย่อ–การทราบถึงโครงสร้างของอะตอมในวัสดุของแข็ง ถือว่ามีความสำคัญ เพราะนอกจากจะช่วยในด้านการคำนวณแล้ว ยังทำให้เข้าใจถึงสถานะและคุณสมบัติต่าง ๆ ของวัสดุ วิธีการหนึ่งที่ง่ายและมีประสิทธิภาพในการค้นหาโครงสร้างที่เสถียรของวัสดุ นั้นคือ Ab initio random structure searching หรือ AIRSS โดยจะอาศัยทฤษฎีฟังชันนอลความหนาแน่น(Density Functional Theory) หรือ DFT มาช่วยในการค้นหาโครงสร้าง ซึ่งวิธีการดังกล่าวจะนำเอาระบบการคำนวณด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้โดยไม่อาศัยกระบวนการในห้องทดลอง ในงานวิจัยนี้เราได้พัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อค้นหาโครงสร้างด้วยโปรแกรมภาษาจาวาและใช้โปรแกรม VASP 5.2 ในการคำนวณ DFT

Abstract – aware of the structure of the atoms in a solid material is considered important because it helps in the calculation, and also understand the status and properties of the material. One method that is easy and efficient to find a structure that is, Ab initio, of unstable material, random searching or a structure theory of hearing will be relying on the sheer AIRSS final lokwam density (Density Functional Theory) or the DFT to help in finding a structure that will bring the system by computer program used by the laboratories could not rely on the process. In this research, we have developed a program to find the structure with the Java language and is used in the calculation of DFT 5.2 VASP program.
