1.เพื่อศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาและขนมปังชนิดต่างๆบนโลกนี้2.เพื่อนำขนมปังที่หาได้ทั่วไปมาประยุกต์และ 3.เพื่อที่จะสามารถนำผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้ไปหารายได้ในอนาคต โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โดยเลือกสุ่มมาจำนวน 20 คน เพื่อตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ 1.ขนมปังโฮลวีต เครื่องปิ้งขนมปังและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ 2.แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจและ3.สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D.)
