จากการตรวจสอบ การจ่ายส่วนแบ่งรายได้

จากการตรวจสอบ การจ่ายส่วนแบ่งรายได้ค่าบริการ Audiotex 1900 และ Infotainment ให้กับ Partner ประจำเดือน ธันวาคม 2557 ทั้งหมด 68 ราย จำนวนเงิน 1,264,052.71 บาท พบว่า มีการจ่ายส่วนแบ่งรายได้ค่าบริการให้กับ Partner ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในสัญญา จำนวน 1 ราย คือ หจก.ทีเพชร จำนวนเงิน 154,156.72 บาท ซึ่งเป็นยอดการใช้บริการมวยตู้ฮอทไลน์ หมายเลข 1900 222 294 และ *494194 โดยในสัญญาได้กำหนดอัตราส่วนแบ่งรายได้ ดังนี้ (อ้างอิง สัญญาเลขที่ ADV 178/2557 วันที่ 11/12/57)
