พนักงานที่ทำงานติดต่อกันครบ 10 ปีขึ้นไป จะได้รับค่าชดเชยไม่น้อยกว่าค่าจ้างอัตราสุดท้าย 300 วัน หรือไม่น้อยกว่าค่าจ้างของการทำงาน300วันสุดท้าย
