พนักงานประจำที่ทำงานติดต่อกันครบ 1 ปีขึ้นไป ถึง 6 ปี มีสิทธิหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีได้ 6 วันทำงาน และเพิ่มขึ้นปีละ 1 วันตั้งแต่ปีที่ 6 เป็นต้นไป วันหยุดประจำปีนี้สูงสุดไม่เกิน 10 วัน และพนักงานต้องใช้สิทธิการหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีให้หมดภายในปีนั้นๆ ไม่สามารถยกยอดไปใช้ในปีถัดไปได้
