ตามที่นางกิรณา วงศ์ทอง พนักงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีทรัพย์สิน ซึ่งได้เข้าร่วมงานกับบริษัทฯ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ต.ค.56
เป็นต้นมา โดยผลการปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่เริ่มเข้าทำงานกับบริษัทฯ นั้น พนักงานได้ทำงานด้วยความตั้งใจ เอาใจใส่ต่องานในความรับผิดชอบ และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ได้เป็นอย่างดี มีทักษะในการทำงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี ซึ่งพนักงานสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพในการทำงาน รวมทั้งการนำเสนองานต่อที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการได้ อีกทั้งยังสามารถให้การสนับสนุนการทำงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหางานเก่าที่คั่งค้างมานานให้สำเร็จลุล่วงจนประสบผลสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ แต่ด้วยผลตอบแทนที่พนักงานได้รับในปัจจุบันนั้น ไม่สอดคล้องกับความสามารถที่พนักงานปฏิบัติได้จริง และต่ำกว่าพนักงานในระดับเดียวกันค่อนข้างมาก
อีกทั้งในปัจจุบันนี้ยังมีงานที่ต้องได้รับความร่วมมือ และการสนับสนุนจากพนักงานอีกเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยปัจจุบันพนักงานรับผิดชอบงานด้านบัญชีการเงินทั้งสิ้น 6 อาคาร

ดังนั้น เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ สามารถดำเนินงานไปได้อย่างประสบผลสำเร็จ และบรรลุถึงวัตถุประสงค์แล้ว จึงขอพิจารณาปรับฐานเงินเดือนของพนักงานจาก 23,210.00 บาท เป็นจำนวน 28,210 บาท โดยขอให้มีผลตั้งแต่เดือนกันยายน 2558 เป็นต้นไป
