ข้อ 1. วัตถุที่ประสงค์แห่งสัญญา
ผู้จะขายตกลงจะขายและผู้จะซื้อตกลงจะซื้อที่ดินพร้อมสิ่งปลูกสร้างแปลงข้างต้นตามสัญญานี้

ข้อ 2. ราคา และการชำระราคา
ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงราคาซื้อขายที่ดินพร้อมสิ่งปลูกสร้างตามสัญญานี้ ในราคา 21,000,000 บาท (ยี่สิบเอ็ดล้านบาทถ้วน) โดยผู้จะซื้อตกลงแบ่งชำระราคาให้แก่ผู้จะขาย ดังนี้
2.1 ในวันทำสัญญานี้ผู้จะซื้อได้ชำระเงินค่าที่ดินพร้อมสิ่งปลูกสร้างบางส่วนเป็นเงินจำนวน 1,000,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านบาทถ้วน) โดยชำระเป็นเช็คธนาคาร ......................... เลขที่ ...................... ลงวันที่ ................................ จำนวน 1,000,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านบาทถ้วน)
2.2 ส่วนที่เหลือจำนวน 20,000,000 บาท (ยี่สิบล้านบาทถ้วน) จะชำระภายในวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2558 ซึ่งผู้จะขายจะดำเนินการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดินให้แก่ผู้จะซื้อในวันดังกล่าว
