For current process of proxy NCB, Data Entry would not allow our Analysts to return the hardcopy one to Data Entry directly and required only Approvers to hand the proxy to Data Entry. I would like to propose minor process amendment that Data Entry please also allow our Analysts to return the proxy NCB. This is because mostly Analysts are the final users in CI and it would be more secured and benefit to shorten the process if Analysts can return the NCB to Data Entry immediately when finished rather than waiting approvers to do as sometime approvers being in the meetings or absence. Apart from this, no change in other control process krub.
