การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของพนักงานครูสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาลเมืองปัตตานี และเปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของพนักงานครุสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาลเมืองปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานครูสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาลเมืองปัตตานี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 176 คน ซึ่งการได้มาของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-test และค่า f-test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. พนักงานครูสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาลเมืองปัตตานีมีระดับการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
2. การเปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของพนักงานครูสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาลเมืองปัตตานี พนักงานครูสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาลเมืองปัตตานี ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และวิทยฐานะต่างกัน มีการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
