1. การเข้าถึงลูกค้า (Access) หมายถึง บริการที่ให้กับลูกค้าต้องอำนวยความสะดวกในด้านเวลาและสถานที่แก่ลูกค้า คือ ไม่ให้ลูกค้าคอยนาน ทำเลที่ตั้งเหมาะสมอันแสดงถึงความสามารถของการเข้าถึงลูกค้า สามารถจองที่พักผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต สถานที่จอดรถกว้างขวางและสะดวก เป็นต้น
