2.คุณคิดว่าคุณมีปัจจัยนั้นเพียงพอหรือไม่และมีวิธีพัฒนาให้มีปัจจัยนั้นอย่างเพียงพอ อย่างไร

ตอบ ฉันคิดว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีงานทำมากที่สุดคือการมีความรู้ทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาต่างประเทศ เพราะปัจจุบันประทศไทยได้เข้าสู่ AEC ภาษาที่ใช้คือภาษาอังกฤษ ดังนั้นถ้าหากมีความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษก็จะทำให้ได้เปรียบในเรื่องศักยภาพในดานการทำงาน

ตอบ สำหรับผมคิดว่ายังไม่มีปัจจัยนี้อย่างเพียงพอ เพราะ ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาที่ต้องฝึกฝนจนชำนาญ และเป็นภาษาที่สามารถต่อยอดได้เรื่อยๆ วิธีส่งเสริมปัจจัยนี้ของฉันคือ หมั่นฝึกภาษาอังกฤษให้เชี่ยวชาญ
