รัฐบาลขยายความช่วยเหลือค่าครองชีพแก่ผู้มีรายได้น้อยนอกภาคเกษตรกรรม ต่อจากนี้ไป ขอเชิญรับฟังไทยคู่ฟ้า ครับ
รัฐบาลออกมาตรการเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่ผู้มีรายได้น้อยในโครงการลงทะเบียนเพื่อสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ โดยมอบเงินช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้มีรายได้น้อยที่มีรายได้ไม่เกินปีละ 30,000 บาทต่อปี จำนวน 3,000 บาทต่อคน และผู้ที่มีรายได้ตั้งแต่ 30,000 บาทต่อปีขึ้นไป แต่ไม่เกิน 100,000 บาทต่อปี จำนวน 1,500 บาทต่อคน โดยมาตรการดังกล่าวเป็นมาตรการชั่วคราวที่รัฐบาลดำเนินการควบคู่ไปกับมาตรการทางเศรษฐกิจอื่นที่จะช่วยปฏิรูปเศรษฐกิจทั้งระบบในระยะยาวซึ่งต้องใช้เวลา เช่น การลงทุนและการเก็บภาษี ซึ่งจะช่วยกระตุ้นการบริโภคภายในประเทศโดยเฉพาะผู้มีรายได้น้อย ทำให้มีเงินหมุนเวียนในระบบ และประชาชนไม่เป็นหนี้เพิ่ม อีกทั้งรัฐบาลต้องการให้ผู้มีรายได้น้อยไปขึ้นทะเบียน เพื่อต่อยอดไปสู่มาตรการช่วยเหลืออื่น ๆ เช่น รถไฟฟรี รถเมล์ฟรี ให้ตรงจุดอย่างแท้จริง โดยจะทยอยโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเดือน ธ.ค.2559 ร่วมเดินหน้าประเทศไทย กับสำนักโฆษก สำนักเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี
