          หรือถ้าใครกลัวว่า โกโก้ร้อนเรดเวลเว็ทสีแดงจะดูน่ากลัวเกินไป ก็ลองมาดูสูตรช็อกโกแลตร้อนสีชมพูแก้วนี้ดู หวานแหววแบบเบา ๆ พอให้มุ้งมิ้ง ที่สำคัญเราจะได้กลิ่นหอมจากไวท์ช็อกโกแลตเบา ๆ ด้วย

 ส่วนผสม

          1. นมข้นจืด (ขนาด 12 ออนซ์) 1 กระป๋อง
          2.ไวท์ช็อกโกแลตชิพ (ขนาด 12 ออนซ์) 1 ห่อ
          3.นมสด 3 ถ้วย
          4.สีผสมอาหารสีแดง เล็กน้อย
          5.เกล็ดน้ำตาล (ตกแต่ง)

วิธีทำ

           1. ใส่นมข้นจืดและไวท์ช็อกโกแลตลงในหม้อ นำขึ้นตั้งไฟอ่อน คนผสมจนละลายเข้ากัน

          2. เติมนมสดลงไป คนผสมให้เข้ากัน ยกลงจากเตา

          3. เติมสีผสมอาหารสีแดงลงไปเล็กน้อย คนผสมให้เข้ากันและได้สีชขมพูตามชอบ

          4. เทส่วนผสมใส่แก้ว บีบวิปปิ้งครีมด้านบน โรยด้วยเกล็ดน้ำตาล พร้อมเสิร์ฟ
