สถาปนิก และทีมงาน ขอเสนอขอบเขตงาน ขั้นตอนการทำงาน ตลอดจนอัตราค่าบริการวิชาชีพฯ เพื่อพิจารณาเห็นชอบดังนี้
1. ขอบเขตงาน
1.1    งานออกแบบเขียนแบบ สถาปัตยกรรมภายใน (พื้นที่ในการออกแบบอยู่ในเอกสารแนบท้าย)
-          ออกแบบเขียนแบบส่วน ห้องพัก จำนวน 9 Types
-          ออกแบบเขียนแบบส่วน ENTRANCE LOBBY HALL
-          ออกแบบเขียนแบบส่วน โถงพักคอยหน้าลิฟท์ 3 Buildings
-          ออกแบบเขียนแบบส่วน FITNESS
-          ออกแบบเขียนแบบส่วน สระว่ายน้ำ
-          การกำหนดวัสดุงานตกแต่ง งานออกแบบทั้งหมด
-         ออกแบบเขียนแบบ งานสวนรอบโครงการ
1.2    งานออกแบบ – เขียนแบบวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า และระบบปรับอากาศ
-          รายละเอียดตำแหน่งดวงโคม อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า
-          รายการประกอบแบบงานไฟฟ้า
-          รายละเอียดตำแหน่งติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ ออกแบบให้สอดคล้องกับหน้างาน
( ประสานงานกับทางผู้รับเหมาในเรื่องระบบที่ใช้)

2. ขั้นตอนการทำงาน
2.1    การออกแบบงานสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน
ทางทีมงานจะทำการออกแบบตามรายการข้างต้น เมื่อรับการยืนยันว่าจ้างจากเจ้าของโครงการ โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
-          ออกแบบงานภายในจากแบบร่างสถาปัตยกรรมที่ได้รับจากโครงการ
-          นำเสนอแบบร่าง 3D เพื่อความเข้าใจ ในรูปแบบ และวัสดุ (ก่อนจะเขียนแบบก่อสร้างจริง )
-          เขียนแบบทั้งหมด ในส่วนงานที่ออกแบบ
2.2    การออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
-       เลือกรูปแบบโคมไฟ และแสงสว่างของโคม
2.3    การจัดทำแบบก่อสร้าง
ทางทีมงานจะทำการเขียนแบบก่อสร้างตามข้อ 1 โดยจัดทำรายละเอียดตามแบบต้นฉบับ
ให้แก่เจ้าของอาคาร จำนวน 1 ชุด เมื่องานออกแบบได้รับอนุมัติจากเจ้าของโครงการประกอบด้วย
2.3.1          แบบแสดงแปลนพื้น งานเฟอร์นิเจอร์
2.3.2          แบบแสดงรูปด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน
2.3.3          แบบแสดงรูปตัด ที่จำเป็น
2.3.4          แบบแสดงรายละเอียดและแบบขยายต่างๆ ที่จำเป็น
2.3.5          แบบงานไฟฟ้า แสดงตำแหน่งดวงโคม , ตำแหน่งเครื่องปรับอากาศ
2.3.6          การเขียนแบบจะทยอยเขียนส่งให้ทางหน้างานตามแบบอนุมัติงานออกแบบ ( กำหนดอีกครั้ง )

3. ค่าบริการวิชาชีพฯ ตามมาตรฐานสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ประเภทที่ 1
คิดค่าบริการวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรม รวมเป็นเงิน 800,000.00 ( แปดแสนบาทถ้วน )


โดยแบ่งการเบิกจ่ายเป็นงวด ดังนี้
3.1 งวดที่ 1 ชำระเงินร้อยละ 20 ของค่าจ้างซึ่งเป็นจำนวนเงิน 160,000.00 บาทของค่าจ้าง
เมื่ออนุมัติให้ดำเนินการ ( ดำเนินการเสนอแบบร่างครั้งที่ 1 ภายใน 7 วัน เมื่อได้รับเงินงวดที่ 1 )
3.2 งวดที่ 2 ชำระเงินร้อยละ 30 ของค่าจ้างซึ่งเป็นจำนวนเงิน 240,000.00 บาทของค่าจ้าง
เมื่อส่งแบบร่างครั้งที่ 1 ให้แก่เจ้าของงานเป็นที่เรียบร้อย
( หลังจากส่งแบบร่างครั้งที่ 1 จะทำการแก้ไขแบบภายในกำหนด 3-5 วัน เพื่อนำเสนอครั้งต่อไป )
3.3 งวดที่ 3 ชำระเงินร้อยละ 30 ของค่าจ้างซึ่งเป็นจำนวนเงิน 240,000.00 บาทของค่าจ้าง
เมื่อนำเสนองาน 3D ตลอดจนแก้ไขตามความต้องการของเจ้าของงานเป็นที่เรียบร้อย
และเจ้าของงานอนุมัติให้เขียนแบบ ก่อสร้าง
3.4 งวดที่ 4 ชำระเงินร้อยละ 20 ของค่าจ้างซึ่งเป็นจำนวนเงิน 160,000.00 บาทของค่าจ้าง
เมื่อส่งมอบแบบก่อสร้างต้นฉบับ ให้แก่เจ้าของงานเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ทั้งหมด
หมายเหตุ
-          กำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน 20 วัน หลังจากอนุมัติว่าจ้าง และได้รับค่าจ้างงวดที่ 1
-          ไม่รวมงานอื่นๆที่ไม่อยู่ในเอกสารเสนองาน
-          ไม่รวมภาษีดำเนินงาน
-          ไม่รวมการควบคุมงาน
