“น้ำซัมซัม คือ สิ่งใดก็ตามสำหรับผู้ที่ดื่มมันด้วยกับความตั้งใจ เมื่อเขาดื่มมันเพื่อความประสงค์ในการเยียวยา อัลลอฮฺ(ซ.บ.)ก็จะทรงเยียวยาให้เขา, เมื่อเขาดื่มมันด้วยความหิวโหย อัลลอฮฺ(ซ.บ.)ก็จะทรงทำให้เขาอิ่ม, และเมื่อเขาด้วยกับความกระหาย อัลลอฮฺ(ซ.บ.)ก็จะทรงดับกระหายให้แก่เขา” (อะฮฺมัด, และ อิบนิ มาญะฮฺ)
