โครงงานเรื่อง สารละลายกรดออกซาลิกขจัดคราบเลือดบนผ้า มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากรดออกซาลิกในน้ำใบชะพลู และศึกษาการขจัดคราบเลือดบนผ้าของน้ำใบชะพลู การศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 3 การทดลอง คือ 1. การตรวจสอบกรดออกซาลิกในน้ำใบชะพลูโดยทำปฏิกิริยากับแคลเซียมไฮดรอกไซด์พบว่าได้ตะกอนสีขาวของแคลเซียมออกซาเลต 2. การตรวจสอบกรดออกซาลิกในน้ำใบชะพลูโดยทำปฏิกิริยากับซิลเวอร์ไนเตรทพบว่าได้ตะกอนสีขาวของซิลเวอร์ออกซาเลต 3. การทดสอบโดยทำปฏิกิริยากับกรดซัลฟิวริกเข้มข้นพบว่าน้ำปูนใสขุ่น จากผลการทดลองพบว่าในน้ำใบชะพลูมีกรดออกซาลิก
การศึกษาการขจัดคราบเลือดบนผ้าของน้ำใบชะพลูที่ความเข้มข้น 1 ต่อ 10 โดยทดสอบกับผ้า 2 ชนิด คือ ผ้ากึ่งใยสังเคราะห์และผ้ามัสลิน ผลการทดลองเมื่อเทียบกับแถบวัดระดับความขาว พบว่าน้ำใบชะพลูสามารถขจัดคราบเลือดที่อยู่บนผ้ากึ่งใยสังเคราะห์ได้โดยมีความขาวอยู่ในระดับ 1 คือ มีคราบเลือดติดอยู่เล็กน้อย และสามารถจัดคราบเลือดที่อยู่บนผ้ามัสลินได้โดยมีความขาวอยู่ในระดับ 2 คือ มีคราบเลือดติดอยู่ปานกลาง แสดงว่าน้ำใบชะพลูสามารถขจัดคราบเลือดที่อยู่บนผ้าทั้ง 2 ชนิดเนื่องจากกรดออกซาลิกทำปฏิกิริยากับเหล็กซึ่งเหล็กเป็นองค์ประกอบของเลือดจึงทำให้คราบเลือดหลุดออกจากผ้า
