หลายคนอาจคิดว่ากำลังใจเป็นเรื่องจากภายนอกที่เราต้องออกแสวงหาหรือรอคอยจากผู้อื่น จากสิ่งอื่นๆ หากเป็นเช่นนั้นจริงอาจต้องรอคอยอีกนาน ทำไมเราไม่ตั้งคำถามกับตัวเองว่า เหตุใดเราไม่ให้กำลังใจตัวเองก่อน
