การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสง

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงานโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นครูผู้สอนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 127 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอนดังนี้ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจเช็ครายการ (Cheek list) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรอิสระ เพศ อายุตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์การสอน ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) ชนิด 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (Rensis Likert) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรตาม บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน


ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานีโดยภาพรวมในระดับดีทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับดีทุกด้าน ในด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ การบริการที่ดี
ส่วนบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานีตามขอบข่ายภารกิจงาน 4 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมในระดับดีทุกด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับดีทุกด้าน ในด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ
