บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ที่ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ให้ความสำคัญ การนำแนวคิดโลจิสติกส์สีเขียว มาประยุกต์ใช้ในด้านต่างๆภายในองค์กรและแรงผลักดันในการนำแนวคิดโลจิสติกส์สีเขียวมาประยุกต์ใช้ พร้อมทำการปรับปรุงโรงงานที่ผู้เสนอโครงงานวิจัยได้ทำการคัดเลือก เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและความคุ้มค่า รวมถึงส่งผลกระทบสู่สิ่งแวดล้อมน้อยที่สุด ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแปรรูป ภายในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่และจังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 50 แห่ง โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จากนั้นนำผลสำรวจที่ได้ไปวิเคราะห์เพื่อหากิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ที่องค์กรได้ให้ความสำคัญ และการนำแนวคิดโลจิสติกส์สีเขียวเข้ามาใช้ในกิจกรรม รวมไปถึงการวิเคราะห์แรงผลักดันในการนำแนวคิดโลจิสติกส์สีเขียวมาประยุกต์ใช้ โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิค
