วิธีทำ
นำตะไคร้มาล้างให้สะอาด หั่นเป็นท่อนสั้น ทุบให้แตก
ใส่หม้อต้มกับน้ำให้เดิอดกระทั้งน้ำตะไคร้ออกมาปนกับน้ำ
จนเป็นสีเขียว สักครู่จึงยกลงกรองเอาตะไคร้ออก
เติมน้ำเชื่อม ชิมรสตามชอบ
