การวิจัยเรื่องความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานีต่อการใช้บริการหน่วยงานการเงินมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ปีการศึกษา 2558 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ และนําผล การประเมินดังกล่าวมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการดําเนินงานหน่วยงานการเงินของมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้กลุ่มเป้าหมายการวิจัยเป็น ผู้ใช้บริการหน่วยงานการเงินมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ได้แก่ นิสิต-นักศึกษา ชองมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสํารวจความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการ หน่วยงานการเงินมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ปีการศึกษา 2558 แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ได้แก่ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของผู้ใช้บริการ ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจ ในการให้บริการหน่วยงานการเงินมหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ตอนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะ โดยผู้วิจัยทําการแจก แบบสอบถามภายในมหาวิทยาลัย จํานวน 400 ชุด ซึ่งผู้วิจัยเก็บ รวบรวมแบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลที่สมบูรณ์ทั้งหมด นําไป วิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรมคํานวณสําเร็จรูปด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ SPSS for Windows เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ จํานวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าฐานนิยม
