อันดับแรก คือความไม่ปลอดภัย ดิฉันคิดว่าการขึ้นแท็กซี่ตอนกลางคืนนั้นอันตรายมาก เพราะคนขับแท็กซี่อาจจะคิดไม่ดีและทำร้ายเราได้ เพราะหนังสือพิมพ์ในแต่ละวันมีข่าวเกี่ยวกับคนขับแท็กซี่ข่มขื่นผู้โดยสารมากมาย ทั้งปัญหาการอาชญากรรม ดังที่ปรากฎเป็นข่าวทั้งหลาย เช่น ชิงทรัพย์ ทำร้ายร่างกาย ทำให้คนส่วนใหญ่หลีกเลี่ยงการขึ้นรถแท็กซี่คนเดียวในเวลากลางคืน และอีกเหตุผลหนึ่งคือบางคันขับเร็วเกิดไปจึงก็ให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุได้ง่าย

อันดับที่สอง คือ ราคาแพง แท็กซี่ส่วนใหญ่จะแพงกว่ารถโดยสารประเภทอื่นเพราะคิดตามระยะเส้นทาง โดยราคาเริ่มต้นที่ 35 บาท แต่แท็กซี่บางคนก็มีการโกงราคามิเตอร์แพงกว่าปกติ ซึ้งเราก็ไม่สามารถรู้ได้ว่าคันไหนจะดีที่สุด ฉันคิดว่ามันไม่ยุติธรรมต่อลูกค้าหลายๆคน
