My work is to manage corporate strategy office of a Japanese auto company

It involves creating a business plan for the company and affariated companies, obtaining the approval from the shareholders, and following up the progress of the plan through out the year.

I am working with one Japanese and four Thai subordinates, and also requires to communicate with every department in the company.

I'm also responsible to support company president in making important management decision. So you have to have a good understanding on company structure, corporate culture, and also financial analysis.
