ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบัน ความคาดหวังของบุคลากร และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ที่มีต่อครูผู้สอนศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ในสังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนอำเภอบาเจาะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ ระดับสภาพปัจจุบัน การจัดการศึกษาของครูผู้สอนศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.66 สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ ระดับความคาดหวังของการจัดการศึกษาของครูผู้สอนศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.55 การเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของบุคลากรและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ที่มีต่อครูผู้สอนศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ตามตัวแปรเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และตำแหน่ง สรุปได้ว่า ตามตัวแปรเพศในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ตามตัวแปรอายุในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ตามตัวแปรระดับการศึกษาในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ตามตัวแปรการดำรงตำแหน่ง ในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน แนวทางในการพัฒนาครูผู้สอนศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) ควรให้ความสำคัญและพัฒนาครูผู้สอน โดยจัดให้มีการอบรมครูผู้สอนศูนย์ฯทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ จัดให้มีสวัสดิการต่างๆให้กับครูผู้สอน ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และควรสนับสนุนให้มีห้องสมุดประจำศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา)
