ในเรื่องของการเปลี่ยนแหล่งวัตถุดิบ หรือการเปลี่ยน plant การผลิต หลังจากนั้นแจ้งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ เช่น TEC, PUR (เพื่อแจ้งต่อกับ Supplier) โดยต้องดำเนินด่วนที่สุด และให้แล้วเสร็จก่อนการแจ้งแหล่งซื้อครั้งต่อไป
