• ทอท. ได้ว่าจ้างที่ปรึกษาบริหารจัดการโครงการ โครงการพัฒนาท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ (ปีงบประมาณ 2554-2560) ภายใต้สัญญาจ้างเลขที่ 8CI9-551001 มูลค่างานตามสัญญา 757,000,000 บาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) โดยเริ่มงานเมื่อวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2555 มีระยะเวลาการให้บริการ 58 เดือน กำหนดแล้วเสร็จ 31 มีนาคม 2560 ทั้งนี้ ที่ปรึกษาดังกล่าวมีขอบเขตการให้บริการดังนี้
- การวิเคราะห์ขีดความสามารถของท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ
- การบริหารจัดการโครงการโดยรวม
- การประกันคุณภาพ
- การบริหารจัดการงานออกแบบด้านวิศวกรรม
