2. อาสาสมัครกลุ่มที่ 2 (กลุ่มควบคุม) จำนวน 26 คน อาสาสมัครจะได้รับยารักษามาตรฐานร่วมกับการนอนพักเป็นเวลา 40 นาที
อาสาสมัครทุกรายจะได้รับการซักประวัติ ประเมินระดับอาการปวดศีรษะ Visual analogue scale (VAS) ก่อนและหลังการทดลองทันที
