การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการถ่ายทอดความรู้ของกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ปลาส้มของชุมชนตำบลบ้านกล้วย และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคในกระบวนการถ่ายทอดความรู้และแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ปลาส้มของชุมชนบ้านกล้วย อำเภอบ้านหมี่ จังหวัดลพบุรี โดยเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มประชากรคือ สมาชิก อบต. เจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบงานส่งเสริมอาชีพ ผู้นำท้องถิ่น เจ้าของร้านผลิตภัณฑ์ปลาส้มและสมาชิกกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ปลาส้มบ้านกล้วย รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 15 คน โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก หลังจากนั้นนำมาวิเคราะห์สรุปเนื้อหา โดยผลการวิจัย พบว่าในส่วนของการดำเนินงาน แปรรูปปลาส้มของชุมชนมีการตั้งกลุ่มขึ้นตั้งแต่ ปี 2539 โดยมีผลิตภัณฑ์ปลาส้มที่หลากหลาย โดยใช้ปลาที่เป็นวัตถุดิบที่หาได้ในท้องถิ่น สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่มีทักษะและองค์ความรู้ด้านการผลิต ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มได้แก่ 1) ไม่มีการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบกับกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ 2) กลุ่มสมาชิกขาดประสบการณ์และเทคนิควิธีการทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากการแปรรูปปลา 3) ไม่มีการบันทึกสูตรวิธีการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากปลา 4) คนรุ่นใหม่ขาดความสนใจในอาชีพจึงส่งผลให้ไม่มีการถ่ายถอดองค์ความรู้อย่างจริงจัง แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหามีดังนี้ 1) แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างสมาชิกกลุ่มและศึกษาเพิ่มเติมจากกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ 2) มีการบันทึกเทคนิควิธีการผลิตเพื่อจัดทำเป็นสื่อต่างๆ 3) ส่งเสริมให้มีหลักสูตรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นภายในโรงเรียนและชุมชน
