ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาระบบเบิก-จ่ายวัสดุสำนักงานโครงการจัดตั้งคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัยวิทยาเขตตรัง//เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่/การตรวจสอบการเบิก-จ่ายวัสดุสำนักงานให้แก่ผู้ขอเบิก (อาจารย์และบุคลากรภายในโครงการจัดตั้งคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี) และสามารถดูยอดคงเหลือวัสดุในระได้อิกด้วย และรายงานสรุปผลการเบิกวัสดุ/อีกทั้งช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้ (อาจารย์และบุคลากรภายในโครงการจัดตั้งคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี)/ โดยใช้โปรแกรม Appserv 2.5.10ภาษาสคริปต์ PHP โปรแกรมAdobe MacromediaDreamweaver cs6 และระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL/ในการพัฒนาระบบ
