This report is about my experience in 1st year internship in Housekeeping department. I chose The Okura Prestige Bangkok to be my first internship host because the hotel is 5 star hotel and the staffs in the hotel have to know some Japanese words for assist their communication with the guests which most of them are Japanese. My objectives are that I was expected to learn some Japanese language and gain experiences from Housekeeping department.
