ปาณรวัฐ กิตติกรเจริญ" มีชื่อเดิมว่า

ปาณรวัฐ กิตติกรเจริญ" มีชื่อเดิมว่า "อภิเชษฐ์ กิตติกรเจริญ" หรือ "บิ๊ก" เกิดเมื่อ วันพฤหัสบดี ที่ 2 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2525 เวลา 9.30 น. เป็นบุตรชายคนเดียวของนายอุดมและนางยุพา กิตติกรเจริญ

เข้าวงการด้วยการประกวดร้องเพลงในโครงการ Panasonic Star Challange โดยใช้เพลง "งมเข็มในทะเล" ของ โดม ปกรณ์ ลัม ในการประกวด และมีผลงานถ่ายแบบกับถ่ายโฆษณาตามลำดับก่อนจะมาเป็นหนึ่งในสมาชิกวงดีทูบี บิ๊กมีความสามารถพิเศษในการควงพลองไฟและกระโดดลอดห่วงไฟ ซึ่งเขาเคยแสดงในรายการ สมาคมชมดาว กับ ตี10 ตามลำดับ

มีฉายาที่ได้รับจากแฟน ๆ ว่า ชินจัง เนื่องจากมีคิ้วที่หนาเข้ม เหมือนตัวการ์ตูนชินจัง และฉายา เจมส์น้อย เนื่องจากมีหน้าตาที่ละม้ายคล้ายคลึงกับ เจมส์ เรืองศักดิ์

ขณะที่ดีทูบีกำลังโด่งดังถึงขีดสุด บิ๊กประสบอุบัติเหตุขับรถยนต์ส่วนตัวตกคูน้ำใน วันอังคาร ที่ 22 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2546 ซึ่งบิ๊กมีอาการน้ำครำท่วมปอดแต่การรักษาเป็นไปได้ด้วยดีเมื่อบิ๊กรู้สึกตัวสามารถทักทายแฟนเพลงได้อีกครั้ง ก่อนกลายเป็นฝันร้ายเมื่อบิ๊กโคม่าก่อนแพทย์ตรวจพบเชื้อรา Scedosporium ในสมองใน วันพุธ ที่ 6 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2546 ซึ่งโอกาสรอดชีวิตมีเพียง 0.01% เท่านั้น และได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น ปาณรวัฐ ซึ่งเป็นชื่อขอพระราชทานจากสมเด็จพระญาณสังวร สมเด็จพระสังฆราช มีความหมายว่า "ผู้มีชีวิตอยู่ตามคำขอ" เพื่อเป็นศิริมงคล

ภายหลังการรักษาด้วยวัคซีนเฉพาะโรคและได้รับกำลังใจอย่างมากมาย บิ๊กรอดชีวิตและออกจากห้องไอซียูในเวลาต่อมา แต่กลายเป็นเจ้าชายนิทราซึ่งสร้างความเศร้าโศกแก่แฟนเพลงเป็นอย่างมาก

บิ๊กได้เสียชีวิตลงเมื่อ วันอาทิตย์ ที่ 9 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2550 เวลา 9.30น. ด้วยอาการติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดที่โรงพยาบาลศิริราช หลังเป็นเจ้าชายนิทราจากอุบัติเหตุทางรถยนต์ถึง 4 ปี
