ท่าเรือของการขนส่งทางน้ำในประเทศที่สำคัญ ได้แก่

(6) ท่าเรือโพธิสัตว์ (Pursat Port) ตั้งอยู่ริมโตนเลสาป (ทะเลสาบเขมร) และทางหลวงหมายเลข 5
(7) ท่าเรือเสียมเรียบ (Siam Reap Port) ตั้งอยู่ริมโตนเลสาป (ทะเลสาบเขมร) ห่างจากเมืองเสียมเรียบ 5 กิโลเมตร สามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะฤดูน้ำหลากเท่านั้น
(8) ท่าเรือพระตะบอง (Battambang Port) ตั้งอยู่ชนเขตเมืองพระตะบองสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะฤดูน้ำหลากเท่านั้น

ท่าเรือระหว่างประเทศ (Sea Ports)
ท่าเรือสีหนุวิลล์เป็นท่าเรือระหว่างประเทศที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศกัมพูชา มีเนื้อที่ 125 เฮคตาร์ ปัจจุบันมีการก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงท่าเรือเพิ่มเติม เพื่อรองรับกับปริมาณสินค้าที่นำเข้าและส่งออกมากขึ้นทุกปีผ่านท่าเรือแห่งนี้ท่าเรือสีหนุวิลล์ประกอบไปด้วย 2 ท่าเทียบเรือ ได้แก่
(1) ท่าเทียบเรือเก่า สามารรองรับเรือเทียบท่าที่มีขนาด 10,000 DWT ได้ 2 ลำ และ 7,000 DWT ได้ 2 ลำในเวลาเดียวกัน โดยมีความยาวหน้าท่า 570 เมตร และความลึกของท่า 8.5 เมตร
(2) ท่าเทียบเรือใหม่ มีความยาว 350 เมตร และความลึกของท่า 10.5 เมตร แต่ในปัจจุบันมีความลึกเหลือเพียง 8.5 เมตร
(3) ท่าเรือสีหนุวิลล์ มีคลังสินค้า 5 แห่ง โดยมีพื้นที่รวมกว่า 36,000 ตร.ม. รองรับสินค้าได้ 84,000 ตัน
(4) Container Terminal แห่งใหม่มีพื้นที่กว่า 64,000 ตร.ม. รองรับตู้สินค้าได้ 4,578 TEUs
(5) ลานกองตู้ที่บรรจุสินค้า (Laden Container Yard) มีพื้นที่ 500 ตร.ม.รองรับตู้สินค้าได้ 1,350 TEUs
(6) ลานกองตู้เปล่า (Empty Container Yard) มีพื้นที่ 3,500 ตร.ม. รองรับตู้สินค้าได้ 2,052 TEUs
(7) พื้นที่สำหรับตู้ Reefer จำนวน 54 ช่อง
(8) Container Terminal แห่งใหม่สามารจัดเก็บตู้สินค้าได้มากที่สุด 7,900 TEUs และรองรับตู้สินค้าได้ 390,000 TEUs ต่อปี โดยความสามารถในการขนถ่ายสินค้าอยู่ที่ 25 ตู้สินค้า/ชั่วโมง/เครน

3.4 โครงสร้างพื้นฐานการขนส่งทางอากาศ
สืบเนื่องจากนโยบายการเปิดน่านฟ้าของรัฐบาลกัมพูชาส่งผลให้มีสายการบินสู่ประเทศเพิ่มขึ้นขณะนี้มีสายการบินนานาชาติที่บินตรงสู่สนามบินนานาชาติพนมเปญ 9 เส้นทางจาก8ประเทศ ส่วนสนามบินเสียมเรียบมีสายการบินนานาชาติบางเส้นทาง นอกจากนี้มีสนามบินกัมปงโสม(สีหนุวิลล์) ที่เปิดให้บริการสำหรับสายการบินภายในประเทศส่วนสนามบินกัมปงชะนัง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ทางทิศเหนือของพนมเปญ ใกล้กับทางหลวงหมายเลข 5 และคาดว่าจะใช้เป็นสนามบินสำหรับขนส่งสินค้าและสนามบินเกาะกง ซึ่งกำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการปรับปรุงการเดินทางจากสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ - สนามบินนานาชาติกรุงพนมเปญ ใช้เวลาเดินทาง 55 นาที โดยมีสายการบิน ดังนี้
