Please be informed that we have received complaints and comments from the guests in the following room numbers:

Most guests were fine after we explained them the reason for the electricity being shutdown. Only Khun Paricha #560, #561 complained that she is paying a lot of money for the room, but is unable to stay in the room as the air conditioning is not functioning. We have offered her late check-out, which she accepted and she and her party will check out at 15:00 tomorrow.
