ในกรณีมีผู้เข้าเยี่ยมชมหรือเข้ามารับเหมาภายในบริเวณโรงงาน ผู้ที่นำพาผู้เข้าเยี่ยมชมและ/หรือผู้รับเหมา ต้องขอแบบฟอร์มสำรวจสุขภาพผู้เข้าเยี่ยมชม (QC – FR – 024) เพื่อลงบันทึกผลการอนุมัติการเข้าเยี่ยมชมและปฏิบัติตนตามหลักสุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคลที่ดี
