การเปลี่ยนสมุดคู่ฝากหรือการถอนเงินต่างสาขาทุกครั้ง ต้องแสดงเอกสารแสดงตน ซึ่งออกโดยทางราชการ กรณีนิติบุคคลให้ถอนเงินได้เฉพาะสาขาที่เปิดบัญชีไว้เท่านั้น
